Saint John Police provided an update about the death at Brunswick Square earlier this week.
The investigation into the death of a 25-year-old man at the mall on Tuesday has finished.
Several witnesses were interviewed and security footage was reviewed, but police say they found no evidence of a criminal act.
Police say the young man’s family has asked for privacy, so they will not be releasing his name.
The incident on Tuesday occurred around 1 p.m. and it brought a lot of emergency services to the area of King and Germain streets.
