There will be a planned power outage for about 2,500 customers east of Saint John this weekend.
NB Power says the outage will take place between 11 p.m. Saturday and 2 a.m. Sunday.
It will affect residents in the Baxters Corner, Barnesville, Grove Hill, Upham, Upper Loch Lomond, Bains Corner, Bay View, Clover Valley, Black River, Gardner Creek and St Martins regions.
Spokesperson Marc Belliveau said crews need to change two reclosers at the Loch Lomond substation.
Belliveau said affected customers have been made aware through recorded phone messages to their homes.
