Police in Saint John have arrested a man for allegedly making threats in the uptown area.
Sgt. Stephen Wilson said a man reported he was being threatened with a weapon during the noon hour Sunday.
Wilson said officers arrested a 22-year-old man for threats and possession of a weapon dangerous to the public.
Police did not say what the weapon was.
Wilson said the man was released on conditions and will appear in court in February.
