N.B. Soldier Missing In Ontario

UPDATE: The body of Pte. Michael Beaman was found in the water in Kingston, Ont., on Jan. 29, 2020.


The Canadian Armed Forces are asking for the public’s help after a Saint John soldier went missing in Kingston, Ont.

Pte. Michal Beaman was last seen just before midnight Friday night at a downtown bar in Kingston.

Beaman is 5’8″ tall with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a grey hoodie, a black jacket and red shoes.

Officials at CFB Kingston say he has not been heard from and they are concerned for his safety.

Beaman, originally from Moncton, is part of a reserve unit with the military based out of Saint John. He was in Kingston for training.
