Saint John police are investigating reports of shots fired in the city’s uptown.
Spokesperson Jim Hennessy said they were called to an uptown apartment building just after 3 a.m. Thursday.
“Several people were taken into custody and the Major Crime Unit is investigating,” said Hennessy in a news release.
No injuries were reported during the incident, he said.
