He lost his fight against the COVID-19 virus this morning at 5:10 am. He will be missed by all of us. He was a resident at the Manoir de la Vallée in Atholville, NB.”

Provincial Spokesperson Bruce Macfarlane confirmed the COVID-19 related death, “Both Premier Higgs and Dr. Jennifer Russell, chief medical officer of health, will make further comments later today,” he says.
