Four Seriously Hurt In Highway 7 Crash

Four people have been taken to hospital after a head-on crash just outside of Oromocto.

RCMP say a vehicle travelling on Highway 7 hydroplaned near the Geary exit around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Cpl. Jullie Rogers-Marsh said the four people in that vehicle were taken to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.

Rogers-Marsh said the lone occupant of the other vehicle was not hurt.

The highway reopened to traffic around 4:30 p.m. Wednesday.
