The Saint John Police Force Major Crime Unit is investigating a stabbing which occurred Wednesday night.
Just before 10 p.m., police were called to a home on the west side to find a man being treated by paramedics for stab wounds.
Police believe the stabbing is related to an incident which happened in a fast-food restaurant parking lot in the Simms Corner area.
The man was treated and released from the hospital.
If anyone witnessed anything in the parking lot on Wednesday around 10 p-m they are asked to contact Saint John police at 648-3333.
