An investigation is being launched into allegations of harassment at the Governor General’s office.
Ottawa’s Privy Council says it will enlist the help of an independent third party to review concerns raised by employees in recent media reports.
The Governor General is welcoming the review.
In a statement, Julie Payette says she takes workplace harassment very seriously and is committed to ensuring Rideau Hall is a secure and healthy work environment.
