Possible COVID-19 Exposure On Board Air Canada Flight

One case of COVID-19 revealed by New Brunswick Public Health on Thursday may have been infectious on a flight from Toronto to Moncton.

If you were onboard Air Canada flight 8918 on September 17th, you are being asked to self-monitor for 14 days.

If you develop any symptoms, you should self-isolate and call 811.

The province reported two new cases of COVID-19 on Thursday.

Public Health says one case is travel-related, someone in their 60s in the Moncton region. They are at home self-isolating.

The other case was a Fredericton resident who has been in Ontario since before symptoms began and they’ll be staying there until recovered.
