The seasonal ferry service to and from Campobello Island has been extended again, according to the province.
Provincial officials say the summer service, which typically runs from June to September, will now continue until Feb. 7.
The service will run Wednesday, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, depending on weather conditions.
The boat will leave Deer Island every hour from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and from Campobello hourly from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Without the ferry, residents are forced to travel through Maine to get to mainland New Brunswick.
