Police say a 62-year-old man from Rothesay has died following an all-terrain vehicle crash east of Saint John.
Emergency crews were called to a body of water at the end of Sands Road in Baxters Corner shortly after 10 a.m. Sunday.
Mounties say an all-terrain vehicle was found partially submerged in the water.
They say the driver and lone occupant of the ATV was found in the water near the scene.
Police are still trying to determine the man’s exact cause of death.
Members of the Simonds and Kennebecasis Valley fire departments were also on the scene.
