Saint John police say a 38-year-old man has been taken back into custody after nearly two months on the lam.
Steven Cyr was reported unlawfully at large on Jan. 20 after failing to return to his approved residence.
Cyr was serving a 34-month sentence for several charges, including break and enter, and possessing a prohibited weapon.
