Travellers missing their trips to sunny destinations are seeing a bit of a light at the end of the tunnel.
Sunwing has announced weekly flights out of Atlantic Canada starting in February of next year.
Flights between Saint John and Varadero will take place every Saturday.
Fredericton will see flights to and from Cancun, Punta Cana and Cayo Coco.
Those travelling out of Moncton will be able to fly between five destinations.
Sunwing says the weekly flights will continue until early May.
