Man In Hospital After Saint John Stabbing

A 47-year-old man remains in hospital following a stabbing in uptown Saint John.

Saint John Police were called to an apartment on Princess Street just before 12:30 a.m. Saturday after reports of a fight.

A 42-year-old man was taken into custody and is scheduled to appear in court on August 9.

The Major Crime Unit continues to investigate the incident.

There’s no word on the condition of the victim.
