Public Health discovered eight new cases of COVID-19 today, all in Zone 1, the Moncton health zone.
Of the province’s 66 active cases of COVID-19, 49 are in the Moncton region.
There have been 10 new recoveries from the virus since Monday. New Brunswick’s COVID-19 related hospitalizations remain at zero.
Both first dose and second dose vaccinations continued slow progress on Monday.
The percentage of New Brunswickers fully vaccinated against COVID-19 has risen to 69.9%.
First dose vaccinations also increased, rising from 82.8% to 82.9%.
