Residents on Grand Manan Island will be without power for several hours on Wednesday night.
NB Power says the lights will be out across the island starting at 11 p.m. Wednesday.
The utility says the outage is necessary to repair distribution infrastructure in the area.
The outage is scheduled to last until around 3 a.m. Thursday.
