Man Arrested On Outstanding Warrants Returns To Court

Saint John police say a man arrested in the north end on four outstanding warrants remains in custody.

Police say Terrance Keleher appeared in court Tuesday and reserved his right to a bail hearing.

The 34-year-old man did not enter a plea and is scheduled to return to court on Sept. 14.

Police say Keleher was arrested Friday night when officers executed a “high-risk warrant service” at a north end residence.

The force’s Emergency Tactical Service, Major Crime Unit, Street Crime Unit, and Patrol Services were involved.

Earlier in the evening, police had asked residents to avoid a section of Main Street North and told others to stay inside due to a “police operation.”
