COVID Case Confirmed At Hampton School

Students at Hampton Elementary School will be learning from home on Thursday.

Parents were made aware Wednesday afternoon of a confirmed COVID-19 case in the school community, according to the Anglophone South School District.

The “operational day” will allow Public Health officials to complete the necessary contact tracing, officials said.

District officials said students should plan to return to school on Friday.

Hampton Elementary is the latest school in the Anglophone South School District to have a confirmed case of COVID-19.

Cases have also been reported at Loch Lomond School, Sussex Elementary School, Apohaqui Elementary School, Hampton Middle School, and Kennebecasis Valley High School over the past week.
