Country 94 and 97.3 The Wave Among The Chamber’s OBA Winners

The Saint John Region Chamber honouring the tireless efforts of local businesses who just keep going in the pandemic.

Recipients include Heather Acker, head of business development at ConnexionWorks, winner of the Excellence in Collaboration award.

The owners of the Zesty Lemon in Millidgeville and the Saint John Tool Library won the business strength/resilience award for adapting in times of crisis and continuing to thrive.

The Area 506 Festival is singled out with the Most Innovative Award for presenting a new method, service or product and advanced thinking to meet new requirements in a time of crisis.

Acadia Broadcasting’s Country 94 and 97.3 The Wave, have been named a Community “Supporting Local” Advocate along with J.D. Irving Limited.

The companies are being recognized for being a true advocate of supporting local and encouraging others to do so.

Dale Esson of the Department of Health wins the Front Line Hero Award for showing courage and putting others’ needs ahead of their own.

Ralph Thomas of the New Brunswick Black History Society Society wins the Inspirational Leader Award.

The awards will given out virtually during a ceremony on November 25th.
