You will want to give yourself a bit of extra time on the way to work on Thursday morning.
Rain that fell throughout the region on Wednesday evening caused many roads to ice over.
That prompted warnings from police for motorists to only be on the roads if necessary.
There were reports of several collisions throughout the city and vehicles stuck or off the road.
Saint John police said early Thursday that while some streets remain slippery, conditions have improved.
The icy conditions also forced Saint John Transit to pull its buses off the roads around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.
All transit routes returned to operation Thursday morning but officials said there might be delays and detours. Any route changes can be found below.
For students still learning in school, the Anglophone South School District said all buses are running on a one-hour delay, but schools will open on time.
