Slick Roads In Places This Morning

A good idea to take your time if you have to be on the roads Friday morning.

Road Warriors are reporting slippery conditions in a number of areas.

The Kennebecasis Regional Police Force warned drivers to watch for black ice.

“Many roads and intersections are very slippery and will catch you off guard if you’re not prepared,” the police force said in a tweet.

Route 1 is reported to have icy patches from Saint John to River Glade, according to New Brunswick 511.

The Welsford Volunteer Fire Department said in a tweet that roads are “very slick,” including Route 7.
