Firefighters in Saint John dealt with an early morning blaze on the west side.
Crews were called to 956 Dever Road shortly after 6 a.m. Friday morning where they found a small fire in a room at the front of the house.
Firefighters were able to quickly extinguish it in about 30 minutes.
No one was hurt and the cause is being looked into.
