RCMP are investigating a fatal house fire near Sackville.
Mounties and the Sackville Fire Department were called to a home on Goose Lake Road in Midgic around 5:30 a.m. Thursday.
Police say two bodies were found inside the home, a 62-year-old man and a 31-year-old woman.
Autopsies have been scheduled.
The Red Cross says a third resident was working and not home at the time of the fire.
The organization says its volunteers have helped the man with emergency lodging and other essentials.
The provincial fire marshal is also involved in the investigation.
