Heating Oil Prices Fall In N.B.

There was an unexpected drop in heating oil prices overnight in New Brunswick.

The New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board invoked its interrupter clause at midnight.

Heating oil is now selling for a maximum of just under $1.77 per litre, a drop of nearly six cents.

Gasoline and diesel prices were not affected by the interrupter clause.

You are still paying a maximum of $1.75 for regular self-serve and $2.06 for diesel.
