Increase In Gas And Diesel Prices

Gasoline and diesel prices are up across New Brunswick this week.

The price for gasoline climbed by just over one cent per litre overnight.

Regular self-serve is now selling for a maximum of just under $1.62 per litre.

Diesel prices are up by more than six cents to a maximum of $1.99 per litre.

Most local stations are selling both fuels for a few cents less.

Meanwhile, the most you will now pay for heating oil is $1.78 per litre, an increase of more than 4.5 cents.

Propane prices fell by seven-tenths of a cent to a new maximum of $1.20 per litre.

Fuel prices are reset every Wednesday night by the New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board.
