Dozens Ticketed, Towed During Overnight Parking Ban

Lots of tickets were issued during Saint John’s first overnight parking ban of the season.

City officials declared a parking ban in the south/central peninsula on Monday night.

On-street parking was not allowed between 11 p.m. Monday and 7 a.m. Tuesday.

A spokesperson for the city said 173 tickets were issued and 30 vehicles were towed.
