New campaign to put Indigenous woman on Canadian $20 bill

A new campaign is aiming to put an Indigenous woman on a Canadian $20 bill.

‘Change the Bill’, launched by the Native Women’s Association of Canada’ is circulating on social media, to help recognize the contributions of Indigenous women in Canada and create more inclusion.

The call is to sign a petition, which is already at 25,000 signatures.
