Habitat For Humanity merger in N.B.

Three chapters of Habitat for Humanity in New Brunswick are coming together.

Saint John, Moncton and Fredericton are merging to form Habitat for Humanity New Brunswick.

CEO Perry Kendall says this is about creating a stronger and more sustainable organization.

“We’re focused on increasing the impact through a stronger voice for affordable housing in New Brunswick, building more homes and helping many more families achieve affordable homeownership,” said Kendall.

They have eight home builds planned or underway for this year across the province.

Habitat for Humanity ReStores in Moncton, Fredericton and Saint John will all remain open.
