Saint John launches new industrial parks website

The City of Saint John is hoping a new website will help grow its industrial parks.

Saint John Industrial provides details on the land and lots available for development.

Brian Irving, manager responsible for Industrial Parks, said they are excited to showcase the tremendous opportunities they have to offer.

“Saint John is situated in a logistically ideal location that, in addition to being an industrial centre of excellence, is integral to attracting business and expanding our industrial footprint,” Irving said in a news release.

“This website provides us with a tool to share the significant development possibilities and supports our city has to offer.”

According to a news release, the website focuses on the Spruce Lake and McAllister industrial parks, which are “perfectly positioned to reach international markets by road, rail, air, and sea.”

Expanding lands and investment in the industrial parks is one of council’s four catalytic infrastructure projects.
