Firearms, generators stolen from home near St. George

Police say several firearms were among the items taken during a break-in at a home near near St. George.

RCMP believe it happened sometime between June 26 and June 29 on Red Rock Road in Second Falls.

One or more suspects forced their way inside the residence and stole several items, including seven firearms.

  • 12-Gauge Winchester shotgun
  • Browning rifle
  • Marlin rifle
  • Swedish Mosin-Nagant rifle
  • Russian Mosin-Nagant rifle
  • Ruger 10/22 rifle
  • Ruger American rifle

Several other items were also reported missing from the home, including five-gallon gas jugs, chainsaws and generators.

  • Jonsered 2149 turbo chainsaw
  • Jonsered 2245 chainsaw
  • 10,000-watt Duramax generator
  • 3,000-watt Honda inverter generator
  • 3,000-watt inverter generator (unknown make)
  • 3,000-watt GE Inverter generator

Anyone who may have information regarding the break-in and theft is asked to contact St. George RCMP at 506-755-1130 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
