Army reservists training at Saint John park

Do not be surprised to see Canadian Army Reservists in a Saint John park this weekend.

Members of 37 Signal Regiment will be conducting training at Rockwood Park on Saturday.

They will also have a pop-up educational stand set up between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Community members are invited to learn about Signal equipment and speak to Signal operators.

37 Signal Regiment is a reserve unit in 37 Canadian Brigade Group, the Army Reserve in New Brunswick and Newfoundland.

Signal units provide robust, secure and cutting-edge communications, enabling Canadian Armed Forces leaders to exercise effective command and control in a variety of environments and conditions.
