Traffic stalled after crash closes Confederation Bridge

It was a bit of a wait to get on or off PEI on Sunday.

RCMP was forced to close the Confederation Bridge due to a collision.

It happened at around 12:30 pm yesterday afternoon.

Vehicles were backed up for kilometres on both sides waiting to cross.

Traffic began moving again at around 1:30 pm, once things were cleared up and the bridge reopened.
