Fire damages Saint John building

A weekend fire has caused damage to a building in Saint John’s north end.

Fire crews were called to the building on Victoria Street early Saturday morning.

Firefighters worked to extinguish flames on two floors of the building.

A total of six city fire crews responded to the two-alarm building fire.

No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire is not yet known.
