New Brunswick drivers will see slight increases at the fuel pumps on Thursday night.
An industry source says the maximum price for gasoline is expected to rise by 0.4 cents per litre.
Diesel users will also see an increase, with the maximum price expected to go up just under a cent.
The New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board adjusts prices every Friday at 12:01 a.m.
Currently, New Brunswickers are paying a maximum of $1.63 per litre for regular self-serve, $2.06 per litre for diesel, and $1.78 per litre for home heating oil.
In Nova Scotia, regular self-serve ranges from $1.61 to $1.66 per litre while diesel is selling for between $1.99 and $2.03 per litre.
On Prince Edward Island, the price for regular self-serve is around $1.62 per litre, diesel costs around $2.07 per litre, and home heating oil is selling for around $1.48 per litre.
