A Sussex man will spend another two-and-a-half years in prison following multiple incidents in the area.

Thomas Quinn Doiron initially faced six charges in connection with a trio of incidents in July of 2022.

Doiron was accused of stealing fuel from an area gas station on July 11 and setting fire to a home on Route 111 in Jeffries Corner on July 13.

He was also charged in a July 18 break-in at a home on Elmview Avenue in Sussex which sent a man to the hospital with serious injuries.

Doiron was sentenced to three years in prison after pleading guilty to charges of aggravated assault, break and enter, uttering threats, attempted arson, theft under $5,000, and driving while prohibited.
