It looks like we are in for a break at the fuel pumps in New Brunswick.
An industry source says fuel prices will drop across the board on Thursday night.
Regular self-serve is expected to come down by more than 3.5 cents per litre.
Diesel users will see an even bigger drop of more than 4.5 cents per litre.
Currently, New Brunswickers are paying a maximum of $1.85 per litre for regular self-serve, $1.86 per litre for diesel, and $1.53 per litre for home heating oil.
In Nova Scotia, regular self-serve ranges from $1.85 to $1.89 per litre while diesel is selling for between $1.86 and $1.91 per litre.
On Prince Edward Island, the price for regular self-serve is around $1.77 per litre, diesel costs around $1.86 per litre, and home heating oil is selling for a maximum of $1.34 per litre.
The New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board adjusts prices every Friday at 12:01 a.m.
