A former chief administrative officer for the City of Saint John has a new gig.
John Collin has been appointed the city manager in Thunder Bay, Ont.
Collin served 35 years in the military, retiring as a major-general.
He later spent four years as Saint John’s CAO from 2019 to 2023 before retiring.
Collin was named the city manager in Yellowknife earlier this year.
However, he stepped down from the role a few weeks later due to personal reasons.
