Liberal MLA will not reoffer in N.B. election

Another MLA in the province will not run in the upcoming election.

This time, it’s the Liberal MLA for Dieppe-Memramcook.

Richard Losier won for the first time in a byelection in 2023.

In a letter on social media this week, he says he will not be reoffering.

He states personal reasons for his decision.

Losier also says he will continue to advocate for the shared values and interests of the Liberal party.

A provincial election is scheduled for October.
