Tentative agreement for 1,900 health-care workers

A tentative collective agreement has been reached for about 1,900 specialized health-care workers.

Provinical officials announced the deal with New Brunswick Union 302 in a news release on the weekend.

The union represents social workers, pharmacists, psychologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, audiologists, dietitians and others working in the regional health authorities and for Medavie Health Services New Brunswick.

Details of the agreement will not be released until after it is ratified.
