A New Brunswick para-athlete has picked up a bronze medal at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.
Alexandre Hayward of Quispamsis placed third in the men’s 3000m cycling individual pursuit for the C3 category.
This year marks the first time that Hayward has competed at the Paralympics.
Canada now has four bronze medals at the Games, which run through Sept. 8.
