UPDATE: Convicted armed robber back in custody, say police

Saint John police say a convicted armed robber wanted on a Canada-wide warrant is back in custody.

The 26-year-old man was wanted for allegedly breaching the conditions of his statutory release by not returning to the community correctional centre in Saint John.

The Saint John Police Force asked for the public’s help to locate him on Friday.

Police said he was arrested in Fredericton on Sunday, but no other details were made available.
