Saint John planning upgrades to King’s Square

You can have your say on planned improvements to King’s Square in Saint John.

A public information session is taking place this week at Imperial Theatre.

Proposed improvements to the uptown space include upgraded pathways, lighting, furniture and landscaping.

Officials say the goal is to revitalize the area while preserving its charm and heritage.

The session takes place from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday.

Feedback will help develop a recommended concept plan with budget estimates, which will guide future detailed design and construction phases.

More details can be found on the Shape Your City Saint John website.
