Aggressive driving campaign starts Tuesday

The Saint John Police Force is on the lookout for aggressive drivers.

Beginning Oct. 21, police will be conducting an Aggressive Driving Campaign.

The goal is to deter aggressive driving behaviours and hold drivers accountable.

The Quick Reaction Team and traffic management officers will increase their efforts, targeting behaviours that endanger other people or property such as:

  • Speeding
  • Tailgating
  • Unsafe lane changes
  • Disobeying traffic control devices
  • Driving without due care and attention

The campaign will run through Friday, Oct. 24.
