The technical outage affecting various customer service functions with the City of Saint John was resolved at approximately 3:45 p.m. Monday.
All services are fully operational, according to an update from the city.
A release from the city just before 9:30 a.m. Monday said the disruption had resulted in the following:
- The city cannot process payments over the phone
- Billing inquiries and account lookups are temporarily unavailable
- Some in-person payments may be accepted, but service is limited
