The jury set to return as Dennis Oland’s second-degree murder trial is scheduled to resume following a two-week adjournment.
Back on November 7th, Court of Queen’s Bench Justice Terrence Morrison told the court the delay is due to an “unexpected legal issue” which had to be dealt with.
The jury was excused and asked to return tomorrow.
Court is due to resume at 930 a.m. tomorrow morning.
Oland is charged in the 2011 death of his father Richard Oland, a prominent Saint John businessman found dead in his Canterbury street office.
