Saint John police are on the hunt for a suspect after an armed robbery at an uptown convenience store.

Sgt. Ron Cooper said officers were called to Korner Grocery on Princess Street around 11:40 p.m. Friday.

He said the suspect fled with some cash before officers arrived.
