A purse-snatching involving a senior outside St. Joseph’s Hospital has led to an arrest.
Saint John Police responded to a robbery call outside St. Joe’s on Friday where a man stole an 80-year-old woman’s purse before running off.
The woman was treated in hospital and later released.
Police confirm a 56-year-old man was arrested Monday afternoon during a vehicle stop on Crown Street.
Robert Douglas Conway was charged with robbery due in court Thursday for a bail hearing.
