Saturday Morning Sports For January 26th

In the NHL All-Star Skills competition:

Edmonton’s Connor McDavid won the fastest skater competition for the third year in a row.

Calgary’s Johnny Gaudreau won the puck control competition, Henrik Lundqvist of the Rangers won the save streak competition, Edmonton’s Leon Draisaitl won the premier passer competition, Washington’s John Carlson won hardest shot, and Boston’s David Pastrnak won the accuracy shooting competition.

 

In Quebec Major Junior Hockey League action:

The Saint John Sea Dogs fell to Baie-Comeau 5-3.

Jérémie Poirier, Maxim Cajkovic and Josh Lawrence scored for Saint John.

The Sea Dogs return to home ice on Saturday night when they host Chicoutimi at 7 p.m.

 

In the NBA:

The Raptors dropped their second straight game, 121-119 to Houston.

Kawhi Leonard had 32 points for Toronto.
