Drivers who use Wellington row to get to the City Centre will have limited access for the next two weeks due to sewer and water upgrades.
Wellington Row will be barricaded at Carelton Street, except between the hours of 7:45 to 9 in the morning and from 4:30 to 5:30 in the evening in order to ease congestion.
You can get to Wellington any time from Union Street but there will no exit onto Carelton Street except during the aforementioned times.
